The Powerpuff Girls throw a slumber party and invite every girl in their school. Mojo Jojo steals the final invitation and comes to the party dressed up as Mojesha. When the Girls catch on, "Mojesha" seems like she just wants to party, or is she planning a ruse to get rid of them?

Each day, Ms. Bellum takes the rest of the afternoon off and each night she calls the girls whenever a crime is committed, but the girls are unable to find any clues.

One day, Ms. Bellum fails to show up at the office when the Mayor receives a ransom note from his fax machine - Sedusa is holding Ms. Bellum for ransom and wants a million dollars in exchange for her.

The Powerpuff Girls take the ransom to Ms. Bellum's house where they find she somehow single-handedly subdued Sedusa herself, but of course, it's actually Sedusa in disguise and she easily takes the girls out with her new hair gel. At this point, Ms. Bellum, still in Sedusa's clothing, steps up to fight Sedusa. Ms. Bellum, shown she is no match for Sedusa even in hand-to-hand, takes the fight to the swimming pool, where she manages to knock her out. Sedusa tries to retaliate, but the water has broken her hair, so Ms. Bellum uses water to free the girls. Sedusa tries to fight Ms. Bellum and the girls without her hair, but Ms. Bellum defeats her by cutting off her hair.

The Mayor of Townsville is glad to have Ms. Bellum back and the girls reveal that the ransom was just the Mayor's dirty laundry - the whites. At this point, the Mayor heads off to the prison before visiting hours are over, to everyone else's confusion.

And so, the day is saved, thanks to Ms. Bellum and the Powerpuff Girls - the Cuties of Townsville.

Shortly after an airshow in the schoolyard by the Powerpuff Girls, a quartet of kids from the Pokey Oaks Kindergarten discuss their thoughts on having superpowers like the Girls. As they are walking, they are overheard and approached by Mojo Jojo--disguised as Joe Overcoat--who offers them, Chemical X. Unfortunately, as these kids do not know to just say "No", Mojo is quick to expose them to the Chemical X in his possession.

The next few moments see the children enjoying their new powers throughout town, from flying and ice breath to laser beams. However, as soon as they get to realize their powers, the Chemical X wears off, prompting them to return to Mojo for more; addictions even start to set in among them. Again, Mojo is happy to supply the Chemical X they desire, but this time, it is on the condition that they destroy the Powerpuff Girls. Despite this ethical dilemma, the kids agree and go off to find them.

Meanwhile, on a patrol flight, the girls spot the kids somehow flying by the bay, and are dispatched by surprise. Having witnessed and validated the girls' defeat for himself, Mojo reveals his true self as he takes off his disguise, and tells the kids that he intended for them to destroy the girls so he can take over Townsville.

Shocked at both Mojo's betrayal and the fact that they were responsible for the girls' fates, the kids give chase while he escapes, but the Chemical X wears off again. Their last chance for redemption comes when they use the last of it to revive the girls. The revived sisters forgive the kids for the error of their ways, reminding them to just say "No" when dealing with Mojo Jojo at any time.

Wasting no time, the girls make an express flight to the Mayor's office, where Mojo is claiming that he destroyed the girls and the Mayor is allowing him to take over the city. Upon their arrival, Mojo is shocked at their new-found vitality. Vowing to give Mojo a taste of what Chemical X really can do, the girls physically fight Mojo and have him sent to jail, as usual.

Later at school, as they explain the situation, not only does Buttercup explain that the "Chemical X" was contaminated by Mojo to alter their thinking, but Blossom tells all the kids to never talk to strangers. The quartet makes a more sincere apology to them in front of the entire class for nearly destroying them, then Mitch asks what was it like having superpowers. The kids say that it was cool, which Blossom agrees. Then the episode ends here.

The Powerpuff Girls are looking forward to a vacation in the Bahamas after school but a race home soon sends them to an alternative timeline where they discover that they've traveled fifty years into the future and that due to their absence, Townsville and its people have all paid the ultimate price for the Girls disappearing. Furthermore, one of their enemies has become a huge threat...

When the Mayor calls the girls, Blossom & Bubbleslooks for their sister but there wasn't any time left and Buttercup arrives late. The next time the Mayor calls them, they do not find Buttercup once again, until they discover her cuddling with a green blanket in the closet, chanting, "I am a good fighter" over and over again. Her sisters are hysterical, and suddenly the blanket is lost. When Buttercup discovers her blanket is missing, she trashes the entire house to look for it, but with no success and ends up throwing a tantrum. Another monster appears, and Buttercup does not have the confidence to defeat it until Blossom shows up with her blanket. Later that evening at home, Buttercup discovers that it wasn't really her blanket, just a fake one that Blossom found. At that, Buttercup desperately searches the house for her blanket, but then breaks down. Then the Professor turns up with the blanket. Buttercup at first hugs it tightly, but when her sisters glare at her, she changes her tune and lets the Professor keep the blanket. Like Buttercup earlier, the Professor repeatedly chants, "I am a good scientist" while rubbing the blanket on his face. Soon, after the Narrator says the usual tagline, he repeatedly (like Buttercup and the Professor) chants, "I am a good narrator."

From thwarting bank robberies and fighting monsters to saving endangered citizens all day, the Powerpuff Girls come back from a long day of crime fighting, but then the Professor tells them to do chores, despite the fact that they are very tired. So, to help them do crime fighting, they choose to create another Powerpuff Girl. They sneak into The Professor's lab, and they try to create a new Powerpuff Girl in the technique left behind by the Professor himself. Unfortunately, for lack of the right ingredients, they improvise; they use artificial sweetener instead of sugar, dirt and twigs instead of spices and they put in what they think is nice, including:

Crayons, books, lizards, flowers, computers, footballs, stuffed animals, calculators, a mackerel, more flowers, a compass, boxing gloves, a ribbon, art, bandaids, a smiley face, a globe and a knuckle sandwich (Buttercup punches the mixture).

Finally, as if it were a scripted accident, they add the accidental dose of Chemical X. The mixture explodes in the tradition of the opening sequence, but it creates a hideously oversized girl. The girls introduce themselves and try to think of a name since the girl can't speak very well. Buttercup named her Braces at first, but Blossom disagrees with her idea. Eventually, Bubbles finally comes up with Bunny, and Blossom and Buttercup seem to agree with the name. The girls tell Bunny what she has to do and they send her off to fight crime while they try and relax.

However, if only for vague instructions, Bunny misunderstands what she needs to do when being told to fight the bad guys and throw them in jail; unfortunately, Bunny interprets the police as criminals (anyone who has a gun) and ends up imprisoning them in place of the perpetrators. It is not until the girls see her on the news that they realize that Townsville is in danger. The girls seek her out in town, and as she wails on a police officer, they tell her that she has been bad and is not cut out to be a Powerpuff Girl. Upset, Bunny flies away.

Straight away, the girls are surrounded by all the criminals, including the newly released, and are overpowered by them. Up on a ledge out at sea, Bunny hears their cries and (reluctantly) flies to their rescue, attacking all of the criminals in a way that only the girls were known for and shouting that she has done good. But just then, with her body unstable, Bunny explodes and perishes in a blinding flash, leaving only a piece of her dress. 

The Powerpuff Girls manage to recover from being attacked by every criminal in Townsville, thanks to Bunny saving them. As they wonder where she is, the piece of her dress she leaves behind drifts to the ground. The girls become rife with surprise and grief; Blossom surmises that Bunny was unstable and broke down into her original ingredients, while Bubbles mentions in her eulogy that Bunny was good after all, especially on this one occasion, and that they were the ones who were bad. And with that, they hang their heads in sadness as they mourn the loss of their "sister" in the street, with the girls' meanness towards her coming at the cost of her own life.

"And so, for the first and final time, the day is saved thanks to Powerpuff Bunny", as the Narrator weeps, and he sobbingly breaks the fourth wall by telling the viewers to go a commercial.

The Smiths unite to destroy the Powerpuff Girls after Harold Smithreturns from jail and Marianne Smith seeks revenge for her dinner being ruined. It is a sequel to "Supper Villain."

It's a rainy day in Townsville, so there's no crime fighting for the girls. Instead, they make up their own adventure where the girls fight a giant alligator unleashed by Mojo Jojo. Ironically, when the sun comes out, it actually happens, so once again the girls have to save the day because playtime is over.

During a romantic day in Townsville, Harry Pitt, a student at Pokey Oaks Kindergarten, starts chasing everyone around trying to kiss them. The popular belief, however, is that he has cooties, and everyone desperately flees the mayhem that is Harry Pitt. The girls, uncertain of what cooties are, or what to make of this hysteria, decide to flee; Bubbles decides to not try to take any chances of handling the situation. Meanwhile, Mojo Jojo oversees this event as it unfolds, and determined to find a perfect weapon for his crimes, he meets Harry and they team up to terrorize Townsville.

Meanwhile, the girls are uncertain of what would happen to them from cootie exposure and are troubled as to how they will handle a similar situation. They go to bed that night having nightmares of Harry having them at their mercy.

The next day, the girls awaken to a hotline call dispatching them to a bank robbery perpetrated by Mojo. As they arrive, he proudly presents his new partner to the girls, intimidating them into retreat.

A fear-induced crime spree imbues Mojo with so much criminal success that his demonstration of scaring the girls during a mugging helps him to obtain the allegiance of two mobsters.

Together, Mojo Jojo, Harry Pitt, and the mobsters pull off all sorts of successful heists while the girls stay well out of their way in fear of Harry. Eventually, the mayor is held hostage at city hall. Responding to a forced hotline call made at gunpoint, the girls arrive at the scene, Mojo lets open a trap door into which they fall into and then Mojo drops Harry down with them. Harry once again starts chasing the girls, trying to kiss them. Soon, Blossom surrenders and receives a kiss from Harry, but nothing happens to her. Once she and her sisters discover that cooties aren't real and that it was all in their imaginations, they kiss Harry repeatedly, covering his face in red lipstick kiss marks. Once they finish kissing him, the girls fly out of the pit and beat up Mojo, leaving a dazed Harry behind. Mojo goes to jail, but this time, his prison mate is smiling creepily at him. This can only mean really bad news for Mojo.

The episode starts with the Narrator saying it's famous line: "The city of Townsville..." Then adding: " A Friendly place that awakens every morn, with the friendly sound of friendly children, heading off to a friendly day of education".

In a panorama of Townsville, we can see how kids from every house join in the street and head to Pokey Oaks Kindergarten except one who lethargically follows slowly. The kids rush to the entrance of the Kindergarten just as the bell rings, but the one who walks slowly stops at the entrance and stare at the door. Ms. Keaneopens the door and greets him by saying: "Well, hi there! We have been expecting you... Come on in! Don't be shy..."

In the classroom, Ms. Keane addresses the classroom saying that she has a "little surprise". Blossom guesses that she is getting a "nose job," Bubbles guesses she is getting married and Buttercup guesses that she is getting fired. Ms. Keane corrects them and introduces the new student Mike Believe, but Mike shyly hides behind Ms. Keane's legs in fear of the other students. Ms. Keane tells Mike to take a sit and he sadly walks to his chair in the back of the room. Bubbles greets Mike on his way, but he doesn't respond and keeps walking as the other students watch. In recess, Mike sits alone in the sandbox when a mysterious noise is heard. Then Mike looks around as if he heard someone called him. His eyes fix at some point in the space above him and he appears to be talking to himself while the girls are watching him. Buttercup insists that Mike is weird, but Bubbles defends him by saying that there is nothing wrong with talking to yourself and she herself then starts talking to herself.

Back in class Mike suddenly starts laughing alone and says: "That's funny. Yeah, I think girls are gross too". Ms. Keane asks: "Mike, who are you talking to?" Mike responds: "My new friend, Patches!". Everybody, except Bubbles, starts to laugh. During the following time of class, Mike is found guilty of several mischievous actions, such as throwing a paper ball at Bubbles, dipping a girl's hair in green paint, and drawing a line in the "c" of Blossom's spelling bee so that the word "cookie" reads as "dookie". Because of this Mike is punished by Ms. Keane saying that she thinks he needs a "time out" and he gets placed in a chair in the corner of the room.

In story time, Ms. Keane is about to read the fairy tale Little Red Riding Hood, when Bubbles notice the chair behind Ms. Keane move by itself. Ms. Keane falls to the floor and, naturally, blames Mike, who was behind her, for the movement of the chair moving. Bubbles defends Mike saying that she saw the chair moved by itself.

Blossom is skeptical until Ms. Keane's apple flies into the air and lands on Blossom's head. Then a chair and a can of paint are thrown through the air, and Bubbles comes to the conclusion that Patches must be the one behind this. Then the words "Ha Ha Ha Ha you can't stop me!!" are written on the board. The Girls try to stop Patches, but Buttercup, speeding towards a can flying in the air, smashes into the wall. Blossom trips while flying and smashes in a pile of clothes and Bubbles flies to the board Patches is erasing, but is stopped by a cloud of chalk dust. The Girls then are knocked out by Patches who then write on the Board: "Poor little powerpuffs! can't you be more creative than that? I'm waiting". The girls feel defeated and Bubbles says she imagines that they finally met their match. Immediately Blossom gets the idea of imagining their own imaginary friend to combat the evil Patches. The 
Powerpuff Girls' Imaginary friend is a mixture of the Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup favorite qualities, being strong, smart, and a bunny. Powerpuff Girls' Imaginary friend is a female bunny scientist, with glasses, a red ribbon on her head, a "pretty dress" and combat boots. She beats up Patches, who was eating, breaking Patches and Ms. Keane's desk in a looney-tune style in the process. When the Powerpuff Girls' Imaginary friend is ready to leave Blossom says "Thanks!", Buttercup says "You're cool!", but Bubbles says: "Wait! I'm going to miss you!". She assures Bubbles that she will still be in her imagination, "Hanging out with her other imaginary friends". But when Bubbles suggest Kooz as a friend she says: "You mean that Kooz jerk? No thanks". In the end the girls offer to be Mike's friends, but imagine that Buttercup can't think of a witty retort.

At the end of this episode the Narrator finishes with his usual line; "Once again the day is saved thanks to the Powerpuff Girls...," but adds "At least I think so..." referring to the way Powerpuff Girls' Imaginary friend defeated Patches.

The Professor creates a pet called BEEBO, but he explains to the Girls they must only feed him once. The Girls each feed him once, Buttercup and Bubbles not knowing that he has already been fed. This results in Beebo turning into a giant monster and he begins eating everything in Townsville. He then explodes because he overate, turning into a bunch of small, cute, little BEEBO's for everyone (except for the Mayor because he doesn't understand the limits of feeding it and the Narrator).

Princess Morbucks is tired of failing to come up with a good plot to destroy the Powerpuff Girls, so she bribes Mojo Jojo to create a brilliant plan.

When the girls get tired during school, Ms. Keane declares a curfew and the Professor has to get the girls back on track.

When the Professor craves a golf bag for Father's Day, Blossom resorts to a grim theft, and both father and daughter get into trouble

The girls are fighting Mojo again when Bubbles gets bonked on the head leading her to think she's Mojo Jojo, so she wears his clothes and proceeds to destroy Townsville with the Robo Jojo. Since Blossom and Buttercup are unable to fight back, she easily defeats them. With this, Mojo thinks he and Bubbles can rule the world together, but Bubbles intends to rule the world alone so Mojo knocks her out again, declaring that there's only enough room in the world for one Mojo Jojo - himself. Regaining consciousness, Bubbles returns to normal and upon seeing the damage done to Townsville, she assumes Mojo is responsible and proceeds to beat him up just as her sisters come to, relieved that their sister is herself again

After being saved from a rushing train by the Girls, Big Billy defects from the Gangreen Gang and pledges his loyalty to the Girls. But due to his clumsiness and stupidity, the PPG's start turning against him.

On a day when the town is cleaning up, the girls are charged with dispatching a monster made entirely of dust. After slamming into a tank of oil, Buttercup is successful at dispersing the monster, but they are all dirty from the dust and oil to which they were exposed. Later that night as the girls check in at home, the Professor runs a bath for them, which Buttercup detests; in her defense, she states that only big, fat sissies take baths.

The next day, a large mammoth-like creature spreads thick mucus all throughout the town, but Buttercup doesn't mind getting stinky and dirty if it means she can bring down the monster. As they are flying, Blossom and Bubbles start to take notice of the stench, and later that night, she refuses to take a bath once again, stating that they'll just get dirty again the next day. Upon noticing Buttercup's strengthening stench, the Professor orders Buttercup to take a bath and she refuses, only to get thrown out the house.

The following day, Buttercup fights another monster and gets even dirtier and stinkier while her sisters head to school; the battle sees her getting doused with sewage this time. When Buttercup comes to school late, her stench leads to Ms. Keane starting the fire alarm and everyone leaves her alone. All around Townsville that night, Buttercup offends everyone with her stench, and so many complaints get to the Mayor that he personally tells her that her stench is a menace to the whole town. He then orders her to either take a bath or leave, but with Buttercup refusing to comply with the Mayor's directive, an angry mob he leads chases her into the woods and far from Townsville proper.

Even with the entire city against her, Buttercup questions the importance of hygiene, but she vows to never come clean for as long as she could fight monsters. Not long after her declaration, another monster rises from the water and sucks her into his nose, only to blow her out upon smelling her. The monster then retreats, informing Buttercup that she stinks. At this point, broken by a monster's surrender, Buttercup finally agrees to take a bath, to her sisters' satisfaction, but only to fight monsters again. Although Buttercup is now all squeaky clean, Blossom says that her attitude still stinks.

And so the day is bathed, thanks to the Powerpuff Girls.

The episode begins with a really strange UFO hovering over Earth. Inside are broccoli-like sapient beings called Broccoloids who plan on complete world domination and expansion of their empire. With the stage set, a weapon is non-lethally launched towards Earth, landing in the fields of nearby Farmsville.

Meanwhile, the girls and all the other kids in Townsville are eating dinner, but are all served broccoli and refuse to eat it. As Professor Utonium shows the girls how to eat broccoli, he and every parent in town become knocked to the ground. Soon after, distress calls from the other kids bombard the girls; the most common story among them is that their parents ate some of the broccoli that they themselves would not eat, only to enter a vegetative state as their eyes glowed green.

Realizing the widespread nature of a food poisoning attack, the girls head to the Farmsville Harvest Fields not far from the city to find out what is causing this. There, they find a weird, pea-pod like plant which Blossom confirms was loaded with spores that allow for remote hypnosis ("hypno-transmithesis") upon ingestion. The girls, noticing the spread of the said spores throughout the fields, conclude that the adults were victims of an alien hypnosis attack. Just as they are discovering it, the Broccoloids land on Earth ready to invade, but are surprised that the girls, among others, were not hypnotized.

As they advance with their own firepower, the girls first try to fight them by beating them up but being plant-based lifeforms, the Broccoloids can regenerate damaged body parts. With the help of the professor's advice, Blossom tries to eat the Broccoloids and succeeds, realizing that they can be beaten by beating eaten, and inspires her sisters to do the same as they eat through many of the hostile Broccoloids; their leader finds this behavior to be barbaric. The Broccoloid emperor warns the girls that what they faced was only the beginning as his forces invade the city.

Later, understanding what they face, the girls manage to convince all the kids in Townsville to eat broccoli to save their parents. As Broccoloid forces descend on the city, the kids and the girls attack with any weapon that they can use against them, including dousing the hostiles with cheese, peppering them, and even subjecting them to rabbits and goats when it appears that the kids cannot eat too many more of them. The kids end up surrounding the Broccoloid emperor as each of the girls take a large chomp out of him to finish him off and destroy his staff, the hypno-transmithesizer. The kids reunite with their parents who awaken from their hypnosis, victorious against the Broccoloids.

The next day, the professor and the girls go food shopping, the girls end up in the produce aisle along with other kids as they attack any veggie that they could find.

The narrator credits not only the three girls saving the day but the "hungry little tykes of Townsville," too.

Mojo Jojo's plans for destroying the Powerpuff Girls fall into the hands of Townsville's lousiest criminals-- the Amoeba Boys.

Putting everyone in the world to sleep can be a hard job and the Sandman has been wanting to get some sleep himself, so to make it easier, the Sandman builds a machine that puts everybody to sleep forever. Suddenly, the Powerpuff Girls confront the Sandman in their own bedroom, but before they try to stop him, the Sandman knocks them out and goes back to his lair to get some sleep. The Powerpuff Girls, while sleeping, enter the Sandman's dreams (after appearing in each other's dreams) and frighten him and crash his good dream staking on animal forms and resuming their human forms along the way. Then, the Sandman promises that he will never sleep again and finally, he wakes everybody up. However, the Girls also wake up from the Sandmans's spell, but go to bed and sleep in late anyway.

Frustrated by a growing trend among the citizens of Townsville to call on them for the most menial of tasks, the girls decide that they would stop doing things if it means that people will learn how to do things for themselves.

While in prison, the Powerpuff Girls' mortal enemies come up with their own plans to destroy them. Later on, HIM tries a plan of his own- an evil pinata monster that is trying to destroy the Powerpuff Girls' neighborhood!

The Powerpuff Girls are invited to dinner at their next-door neighbors, the Smith family, to rather unsuspecting results.

Comic book geek Lenny Baxter is a huge Powerpuff Girls fanboy, having amassed an impressive array of Powerpuff merchandise. He comes home one day after making his latest purchase, a poseable Blossom doll, and catalogs the purchase in his computer, only to be surprised and horrified when a message pops up to notify him that his collection is complete.

Distressed, Lenny looks about his house and double-checks his entire inventory, and to his horror, he realizes that he has collected every piece of Powerpuff merchandise known to man; dolls, hand-carved furniture, deli selections, housewares, and even printed material make up his vast collection. He is still far from happy, as since collecting Powerpuff merchandise is his life, and his collection is complete, he doesn't know what else to do; it isn't enough.

His next campaign for Powerpuff-related memorabilia takes him to the Powerpuff Girls' own home, where he starts by stealing things the girls own such as Bubbles' artwork, a side of beef with which Buttercup exercises, Blossom's hair clip, Bubbles' Octi doll, and even the hotline phone. When that fails to fulfill his need to collect, he goes to the extreme and lures the girls themselves. During a patrol flight, he fakes a distress call to lead them to his apartment, where they observe the shrine he built of them. Upon his introduction to the girls, he traps them inside his "Power Packages", getting the attention of the Professor as they cry for help.

As the Professor reports to the Mayor that the girls are missing, he calls an emergency assembly of the citizens of Townsville to the town square to enlist their aid. After a quick assessment of the people, the Mayor deduces that Lenny Baxter is behind the girls' recent disappearance, causing all of Townsville to rise up against him to rescue their heroes.

The citizens' calls for justice lead them to Lenny's apartment, where a showdown between him and the Professor is imminent. However, a child comes to note a limited-edition trilingual Powerpuff doll, of which Lenny bought all. Lenny then goes on to explain that he refuses to open them, for toys are an investment to him more than they are playthings, and that opening their containers damage their collectability.

His explanation subsequently inspires the Professor to proceed with opening one of his other Powerpuff toys to provoke him into surrendering information about the girls, but as he resists, he and some other children convince him further by unwrapping Baxter's toy collection piece by piece. Tortured by what he feels has happened to the collector's value, he eventually submits and allows the Professor and the citizens to free the girls, but not after having been lectured on what it is to have true fandom. Par the course, defeated and having lost his entire collection, Baxter, as a prisoner, is then put in a larger collection... for criminals

A shifty gangster enlists the Gangreen Gang at Pokey Oaks Kindergarten, and Ms. Keane forbids the girls to fight them at school. Is their career in danger?

Princess Morbucks arrives at Pokey Oaks and begs to be a Powerpuff Girl after seeing the Girls save Twiggy in distress. The girls refuse, but that doesn't keep her from trying to help the girls to stop a bank robbery. Unfortunately, she messes up the whole thing which leads to the girls telling her she can't be a Powerpuff Girl. Enraged and consumed by her sadness, she decides to destroy the girls.
