Casey walks through the Metropolis High School halls, bumping into almot everyone because no one notices her. She bumps into Zee and apologizes, and Zee offers her help. Zee lets Casey have her handbag because Casey's bag is ripped. Casey is very excited at Zee's friendly attitude. At the cafeteria, Zee introduces Casey to her friends as her "new friend" though she stumbles at recalling her name, and they're all impressed with Casey for getting them lunch tots.
Casey follows Zee home, dresses like her, and gets overly involved in her personal life. When Casey follows Zee to the bathroom, Zee snaps at her. Casey snaps in return and turns into an exact copy of Zee, and even possesses her magic while Zee loses hers. Zee, looking like Casey, shouts in the school halls that she is Zee Zatara, but her friends don't believe her and the other students walk by her without paying attention.
Casey, looking like Zee, enters the secret hideout, she finds out Zee's school friends are the Super Hero Girls. Casey turns into a combination of all the girls and flies out of the hideout. Kara tries to fly to stop her but falls flat on her face, saying Casey took the girls' powers. Zee, looking like Casey, lures Casey into a house of mirrors. Casey emotionally cracks when Zee tells Casey she liked her before her evil plot. Casey and Zee turn back into themselves but Casey rejects Zee's friendship. The Super Hero Girls regain their powers. At school, Casey tells the students about the secret identities of the Super Hero Girls, but nobody believes her.
Throughout the episode, the Super Hero Girls mispronounce and mistake Casey Krinsky's name: Zee calls her Cassie, Caitlyn, and Katie; Kara calls her Kazinsky, Carly, and McCloskey; Jess calls her Kerry Clemente; and Babs calls her Mega Cammy Kombucha.
